5.   Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery

5.1 In the event of a non-delivery or missed delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, your refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package from the courier’s designated location within the specified time frame, the package may be returned to us.

5.2 If a package is returned to us as a result of any of the reasons mentioned above, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
